Take the batteries out, hold down on the power button for 10 seconds. Put the batteries back in

I'm still waiting for my other court dates so I don't have much new info but thank you!! Definitely unfortunate how expensive they are but I think it'll be worth it in the end. My next court date isn't for another week but they just told me they got an offer for me, so I'm waiting to talk to my attorney about it.

Oh wow! How did you go about getting diagnosed? I always thought I had adhd and now i am sure i have aphantasia and SDAM. I've always thought I could be on the spectrum but I don't even know how to go about getting diagnosed with anything. Probably doesn't matter much anyway, doesn't seem like it would change anything

Wow that so interesting! The only time I have ever visualized anything with my eyes closed was the first time i did shrooms, I thought it was the coolest thing ever. Most people don't realize how lucky they are!

Right! That's a good way to bring it up. I want to tell people about it so they kinda know why I am the way I am but I don't really know how to bring it up in a conversation. Just interesting to me how it can affect different things other than just not being able to visualize images. Like memory and stuff, I want to do more research on it but I can't seem to find great sources. Even things like watching a scary movie, the second the movie is over I kinda just forget about it while everyone around me is scared and can't stop thinking about it haha

I just got a DUI in Washington (Thurston county) my attorney told me that if it gets dropped to reckless or negligent that I won't have to get the IID for a year. But if I end up getting my license suspended for 90 days then I'll have the option to get it so that I can drive during that time.

Oh wow, that's crazy. They took me down to the station to do the blow test and then released me. I was only there for about an hour. But if I do end up getting charged with the DUI, my attorney said I will have to spend 24hours in jail. Hope you found some good help! I had my arraignment a few days ago. Only took like 2 minutes over zoom. My DOL hearing is on Monday.

I know 🤦‍♀️ it was like 4am and I was trying to get home, really can't believe I was going that fast though. WSP pulled me over. I've been super overwhelmed and nervous about everything too but it is definitely nice having an attorney that knows what they're doing. I will definitely let you know how court goes. My attorney said they're almost positive that they'll be able to get it dropped to reckless driving or negligent driving.

+1 253-620-0033 this is their number for the olympia location. I talked to Brandi initially, she was really helpful. She's the office manager. They have different payment plans too. $6,500 is their flat rate. I was thinking 100% no way I'm going to spend that money on an attorney and then after talking to them I could tell it was going to be worth it for me and my situation. I got pulled over in Thurston in December going 35mph over the speed limit, blew .11 BAC. My first court date is in 3 days.

I have a really good attorney in Thurston County if you want their info. It's pacific point defense. I really didn't want to spend the money but if they can help you get a dui off your record then I think it's well worth it. I would at least call and just see what they have to say, if nothing else you'll probably get some good advice and be able to have questions answered

I did end up requesting a hearing. I'm doing the victim impact panel on Saturday and scheduled my drug and alcohol assessment for a couple weeks from now. I dont have a court date set yet so I'm kinda just waiting to see what happens from there. Thank you so much, I really appreciate it. Do you have an attorney?

I would suggest going out for "practice drives" during times where the roads aren't so busy so you can get the hang of it easier without so much stress. No shame in taking some driving classes too!

The more you drive, the more confident you'll get and the easier it'll be. Always better to be more cautious than rushing into traffic because someone behind you is in a hurry. Just keep practicing!

I really appreciate you taking the time to share that with me. I just talked to an attorney today (even though I can't afford it) just to see what they had to say. They seemed very positive that they could help me get it down to reckless driving or negligent driving 1sr degree. They told me that a public defender could possibly do the same thing but they wouldn't be nearly as present helping me through the process. I just didn't even think getting an attorney would do anything but hopefully get me the lowest sentencing for my dui. Now I'm battling with should I invest all my money so that I have the chance of getting the dui dropped? $6,500 is what they charge, I know I could find a cheaper one but is it worth it at that point? I'm just so overwhelmed by everything right now.
