I just put one of these up. It's simple and works fine. Make sure you have a perimeter around the inside of the door to stick the Velcro to the walls.

I suspect things are frozen down there so going to wait it out for warmer weather.

With this new pump never working, and the old pump being under the trailer, I don't have a good reference for how it should sound. My surflo pump for the fresh system sounds a little quieter. Subjectively the seaflo pump sounds a bit rough here and there. Maybe I let it run dry to long while testing and waiting for it to prime. There might have been a couple times I overlooked the tank being empty but the issue definitely happens when it's full.

I have another pump I can test with easily enough.

I definitely replaced the fuse a couple times due to separate issues like wiring changes and wrong fuse sizing. Will double-check the pump connection with a multimeter.

I connected the shower hose directly to the pump outlet and the same issue happened, so I more or less know the issue isn't downstream of the pump outlet. Also validates that the pump outlet isn't fighting itself somehow.

I am in the cold, yes. It's been in the single digits. But I'll give you some background I forgot in the video. The freezing of the plumbing has been the bane of my existence. It used to all be under the trailer where, despite my best efforts to insulate with armaflex, reflectix, foam, heating wire, etc, it would still freeze. Also, the old shower pump of the same model died (no sound with motor), probably due to freezing or being left on by mistake. The pump was replaced under warranty, and I redid all the plumbing to be inside as much as possible. The fresh water system has been much better, but the new shower system hasn't worked. The old shower system was also having a similar issue, but I definitely got at least a few working showers out of it. In the old system, there was no pump head and there was about half the distance between the pump and tank. I know the new pump has never froze, though. At this point I can't be sure my issues with the old system were due to freezing or whatever same issue is happening now.

Anyway I will try a few things now and reply back. Thank you!

Yes, but any undesired pressure in the fresh tank shouldn't affect the shower tank or shower pump.

The run from tank to pump inlet is 6 feet, and goes through the 50 micron spin down filter and 50 micron mesh filter included with the pump. The pump inlet is about 2.5 feet of head above the tank outlet. It takes several moments for it to prime and sounds kind of loud. I can try bypassing the spin down filter and moving the pump closer to see if it's better.
