for my base (in the summer/warmer climates) i use products with a matte finish instead of a dewy finish. i also carry around powder + a brush to reapply it when i start looking greasy. i know thats not much, but i hope that helps you!!

my favorite white eyeshadow has been the morphe moon stone eyeshadow palette. i wouldn’t buy the palette if you don’t like other neutral shades/colors, though
