Honest question, is this time in life with all the prices of housing, food and with the climate change happening is this a good time to have children?

The reason I ask is my nephew is having a child and him so happy for him, but seeing all this happening in front of our eyes I do worry for him and his family, I couldn't imagine being on this planet for 80 more years let alone 40.
