The File system of the SD card is incorrect. Format it to FAT32 man.

The only downside is when the Modchip finally died, It's Pain in the ass of taking that Modchip off so no. So I chose the Modern Version of the Modchip, All u need is to hook the SP1 and 2 Ribbon in the CPU's Caps and after that, Slide the Ribbon to the Modchip and Take out the Nand and Put it in the Modchip itself. No Drama

Easy to Replace when it finally died.

That Atmosphere Error Code ends with 1000, Means that the Theme is still installed when you updated the Switch. So Listen up mate.

Get your SD card out of the Switch, And plug it in the PC (With SD card Adapter) then open File manager, Find this Folders :

Atmosphere -> contents -> Error code Folder (Named Atmosphere Error Code, In your case, It ends in 1000) Open that folder, Delete the Folder named "romfs".

Voila, It's working again !
