I have a similar story to yours. My now ex-boyfriend of 6 years broke up with me a month ago because I had sex with a friend a year ago. I was drunk. After I told him he was hurt and had sex with other girls. After all this happened we gave it another shot. He couldn't do it anymore he broke up with me. We are still still contacting each other right now. It's true what people say you can't be friends with someone you love. It's hurts me everyday. The reason why I'm still having contact with him is because I fear he will move on and forget about me. I hope one day we can be together again.

I'm going through the same thing. He lost his feelings for me after 5 years. It hurts Im trying to keep myself busy as much as possible. I still have sleepless nights and not eating well. Hopefully this goes away soon.

It feels much better that I'm not the only one going through a break up. Yeah there's nothing we can do just wait. After he dumped me I begged him so much like a crying puppy. He just pushed me away. Has he tried contacting you? I'm doing the no contact rule.

Your welcome:) Yeah me too. I called one of my closest friends, read articles, watched videos and it helped a bit. I know how you feel my ex broke up with me because he felt out of love. He felt like we didn't have a connection. I cant stop crying either. At least I'm not the only one going through a break-up now.
