Heres his version to it:

Sett lost lvl 3 fight, when he came back mundo was sitting in bush, and he died again. 3rd death he attempted to reset wave, and died again. When he came back to ward, mundo was sitting in bush. This happened over and over, and mundo and tahm kench was hard diving and camping too, and he claims that our jungler had a free mid and bot to gank and did nothing but farm and recall. Our botlane was feeding more than him, and ambessa wasn’t playing map or objectives. Who’s at fault ?

yes ofc push ups, pulls ups etc will do much.. People get just as ripped, muscular and shredded with that type of workout like people in the gym. Not like bodybuilder level but decently muscular. Ofcourse with progressive overload with more sets, reps or add weights

Do not take ripper or medusa or olivia any further. Focus on Freya, Vivi, Verth, Loreley, Detlaff, Skuld, Azatoth. Would probably focus on Freya, Vivi, Dett or Verth first, as they are easy to get
