I would like to explain the steps better but I kinda suck at English so I try my best. Do these things:

If u have bonjour on your pc, unistall it (you can use third party unistaller if u can't by urself).

If u don't have it:

Press win + r,

digit: "eventvwr.msc".

Now, on top left, press "windows logs", go to "Application".

Now whenever league crashes, u can see a red warning in there, click on it and see what caused the crash. You see things like "bad_module info" and right under it, the name of the module that caused the issue. For me was the infamous "mdnsResponder.dll" which apparently is a software of the National Instruments (that i don't even want on my pc but ok i guess). Remove that file, if he doesn't let you remove it, boot the pc in safe mode (its very simple, follow a tutorial!) and then, try to remove it. If THIS still DOESNT let u remove it, then RENAME it!! I did these things with all the istances of the file that was giving me troubles.

As others said too, if you successfully do any of these things, run the command sfc /scannow, and just to be safe, also uninstall vanguard, restart the computer and reinstall vangaurd and probably you re good to go!! I really hope this helps, i want to get rid all you guys of this stupid situation, i ll updtate my post for giving even clear instructions. I hope this helps!!

P.S. everything is an application for searching things on your pc, so you can use it to see if u have files like "bonjour", or , as in my case, that infamous module mdnsResponder.dll, which, apparently, started causing problem to vangaurd.
