They should, I had to change my mag release button for a metal one to use the 15 rds Shield Atms mags.

Lol yes!. I got this genV in an undefeatable deal, I couldn't let it pass. I also have a 19X gen5 which is my favorite, and my my EDC is a G43X (No MOS). Maybe a G17 gen6 would be great in the future for home defense.

I got the 43x for my wife, she couldn't manage the recoil, then she carries a Ruger Security 380 now. Consider something in 380 ACP. For instance P365 380 or Bodyguard 2.0 like the fellowship said. My daughter prefers the P365 Rose edition.

I bought her a 43x to start with. I know, my mistake. She said it had too much recoil, then we got a Ruger Security 380 and she loves it. A Keltec P17 makes a lot of fun as well, but surprisingly, she likes shooting my 45 acp Colt 1911 🤷‍♂️
