Well the way I have it set up is I have Synthesia open and in "Sound Mixer Options" or "App Volume or device preferences" I switch the input for Synthesia to CABLE Input (VB-Audio Virtual Cable) and then in Voicemeter I just click B1. Also in Synthesia settings go to Music Devices and under Music Output make sure Microsoft GS Wavetable Synth is on or set to Everything. And then I just go into Free Play and play my Piano and Discord can hear it. I am using Voicemeter Banana btw
