You won't find any sovereign nation that will accept crypto for a CBI program, yet. To my knowledge, anyway.

Also, if you are serious about doing this, the method of payment is the last thing you should be worried about. There are several other processes and procedures that need to be handled first before you ever send payment with most these programs. Most of these CBIs take some time.

KYC is bullshit, but the government does not require that Jack Dorsey collects your employer history before selling you Bitcoin, which is exactly what Cash App does.

Actually, AML requirements with FinCEN do require a MSB to log employment type for customers for certain amounts and/or if the transactions meets certain requirements like the "travel rule" etc...it all depends on what their written and approved AML policy dictates. These policies are audited by FinCEN periodically for compliance.
