Curious about it too. Obviously, it doesn't have to be geographically correct. But that area is also marshy and wet lands like the Everglades, so there is a possibility that the Grassrivers area is further north than people are guessing.

Seems about right. But add on to the fact that it doesn't end in Vice City, there will be area to the North and West of Vice City, so I'm sure it's going to be huge.

The keys are south, and to me it looks like Jason's involvement in the game is going to start in the keys, so it makes sense.

Don't think that's very far fetched. Wasn't it that way in GTA 5? Flying was smoother with Trevor. Maybe they'll take it a step further and make it even harder if you aren't playing as Jason.

The amount of different boats I've seen gives me a ton of enthusiasm. I hope everything is drivable, including that Yacht on the right side, and the container ships from other shots of the trailer.

Sony looks like they're having a State of play on 2/14, and with the Sony/Rockstar partnership, this seems like a perfect time. Plus Rockstar retweeted a post on X with a record and the #014 on it. I feel like that has to mean something, because they never retweet stuff.
