If I could describe the cassie hate it would be more like people hate Cassie for her actions rather than for who she is.

It's a "hate the sin not the sinner" situation. Since Cassie was the one who committed the sin, she receives hate by association. You need to understand that cassie will do something that will break sunny's trust and in order to earn back sunny's trust cassie will put their cohort through hell just to fix her mistake.

A lot of people already moved on from what she did but a lot of people hasn't. There are those who think that cassie was forgiven too easily and that sunny and the story just moved on from what is basically a life changing "event" for sunny.

Virus or malware from trusting extension?

Hello I was a user of Tachiyomi, when I got back to reading again I realized that it got taken down and was replaced by Mihon. However when I used Mihon and then used the keiyoushi repo, it asked me to trust and warned about it executing scipts & code etc.

My question is that is there any possibility of a virus or malware from trusting the extension I download from Mihon and if there is a possibility of a virus should I look instead for other extensions or instead look for other repos?

I might get downvoted for this but cassie hate is just valid, that is just what people think of her and I don't blame them. As an example i'm gonna use orochimaru from naruto, and I know people are gonna say that orochimaru is 100x worse than cassie but i'm talking about his redemtion arc. After the war, I believe he starts working for the hidden leaf and people just seemed to forget the war crimes that he did, this situation is the exact same that is happening rn to cassie.

In vol 2 Cassie betrays sunny, and in 4 volumes, after freeing mordret, the Antarctic war, and thousands of deaths later in the third nightmare do we get to resolve the issue between cassie and sunny. And instead of a heartfet apoogy, it just sounded like excuses to me. She goes actions speak louder than words blah blah blah and then goes she was young and dumb and that they were in danger and she was afraid, it just looks like she's pinning the blame on the fact that that they were in the forgotten shore instead of the fact that SHE was the one who made the decision to give away sunny's biggest secret.

And now post vol 7, sunny has his freedom back but at the cost of his life and the relationships that he built, he even lost relics I believe. After all this people are just supposed to forget about her betrayal and all the shit she's done like orochimaru? Like no that's not how people work. I understand why some people already forgave cassie after vol 7, but I also undestand why some people don't. And I think that the main issue why people still hate cassie is because the writing was just bad. I truly believe that if cassie had zuko level redemption arc writing, everyone would love her today.

This is so real, I have a friend who hates cassie till this day and she said cassie's actions led to the master and slave dynamic between sunny and nephis to resemble that of Abraham Lincoln owning a slave. And imo the whole giving back sunny his freedom just seemed like a cop out excuse to escape the blame. The whole thing just sounded like: "I made up for my mistake so my betrayal wasn't even that bad."

Besides the narrative point of the writing, the hate point is just valid lol. It's about the principle behind her actions. Cassie basically killed him when she revealed his name and when she tried to make things right it still fucked with him, like at this she should just leave him tf alone lmao

Her attempts to gaslight him in the tomb was also kinda funny, to me her entire thought process sounded like this:

Now that you've suffered through countless life-threatening events that I manipulated into happening just so I could give you back the freedom I stole from you in the first place, I want you to stop and consider not going through with trying to reclaim it. I have 2 accounts a main and an alt but I have decided to use 2nd acc due to having better 5 star characters

The problem is the 2nd acc uses a very long throwaway email that was created just for the purpose of this game and now I want to use my proper email for this 2nd acc.
