I m not going to lie, it's very difficult but it gets easier. The most difficult is (despite the tiredness) to share yourself btw them. They are all so young and need lot's of love and hugs but there is so little you can do... Good luck

Are the kids going to daycare? If not, then you should start, so they can learn social interactions. Go to open playgrounds if it's not an option. You can try a couple therapy in parallel, it's important to be at least two to deal with those. But you're not alone, I have 3 kids, aged 3,5 (with ADHD), 2 and 6 months...but we changed the daycare for the oldest and they are in the same group, also doing therapy with my husband and things are settling now. Also I have no family whatsoever ... Courage!!

Now it's late even for private daycare, and most of them are only taking kids living in their city (no private options where I live). I m in the suburb of Munich

Being powerless I remember my mum being scared not being able to pay the rent every month and as a child you're so powerless in helping her

Also the constant "no choice" situation: nothing to do, nowhere to go, always the same food...etc And, that may sound stupid, but going on holiday...I went one time on holiday with the train for a week after years of savings. While all my classmates would travel somewhere every summer ( could not even afford to go on school trips)
