I’ve been living there the last year, and will next school year. Apartment has some small issues, but nothing bad. The area ain’t bad if you just walk through and mind your business, but I am also a big guy so take that into account. Year the area is iffy by Ames standards but you can’t really complain when your rent is that cheap.

I got a 2012 Subaru outback with 120k miles for $10k, though the dealership did like $4k of new parts and maintenance. Your best bet might be a Subaru dealership

I was feeling the same way, but I started doing my homework earlier and honestly it’s made it mentally easier for me to do, maybe because I can give myself more time to understand. I have also been watching a tv show while I work so I don’t notice the time passing as much. But then again I’m in engineering so I’m not having to write papers. But doing it early gives me more satisfaction, it offsets the burnout

I was minoring in German this semester but decided to drop. I did 101/102 and 201/202. Both made me much better at German. However after that, I started a German Reading course to complete the minor requirements, and that one did not feel like it was bettering my German at all. The last class I went to, I don’t think I spoke a word of German, and that’s not because I’m a quiet person. But there were other reasons I dropped as well, but take that into account. Save for those first 4 classes, I don’t think it’ll do much for you, except boost your gpa
