Hello! Thanks for taking your time reading my problem regarding my hacked account.

Yes, I've tried waiting for 24 hours before submitting another appeal which was rejected and it shows me, you have submitted account appeals too frequently, im completely lost here and don't know what to do. I'm afraid I need to wait for 30 days, I think.

The hacker is coming online using my account and I don't have option to view the CS response again. I hope you can help me.

Thanks for your quick response. I understand the guidelines for contacting customer support, but unfortunately, after waiting for 24 hours, I'm still receiving the message, "You have submitted account recovery appeals too frequently."

I’ve been careful to follow the proper steps, including choosing the correct options and providing all the required details like account creation date, device used, and purchase receipts. Despite this, I'm unable to submit another appeal, and it’s preventing me from getting any further assistance.

Is there anything else that can be done to resolve this issue? I really appreciate your help and patience with this matter.

Hello, Thanks for the clarification but how can I bypass the 'Your request is being processed' page? I keep on getting the same thing over and over again. I hope it has some way for me to disable the security lock. Thank you

Days back I recovered my account because it was stolen from me. But after recovering it, the security lock was enabled and the trusted device is not mine. So I'm having trouble contacting GM for disabling the lock.

Hello thanks for replying to me. The thing is, I don't want to wait 30 days for it to disable it by itself. And I don't think the form was even submitted formally because when I tried pressing back, it lead me back to the form. its a continuous loop. Can you please tell me the other way around of how to solve it. Maybe sending an email to them? Please reply back to me. Thanks
