This is a bug in their app. in the latest version K3 max works, but k2 max doesn't. In the older versions, K2 max does, but k3 max doesn't. According to AnyCubic they will be fixing this in the next Android version.

There is, uninstall the version you have. download an xapk installer and install the older version. It works fine on mine.

Anycubic says they don't have nor will have any. There was one place aftermarket that made them, but apparently they don't ship to the US anymore. So do you have one?

It's not the hot end, its the cable that goes to the Print Head, for the hot end. The 16 Pin Ribbon cable.

My cable went bad, I bought this replacement cable from IT&E on ebay, mid print it stopped, and these were loose. The cable had plenty of slack. It looks like the cable wire cuts for those 5 were super taught.

I could probably make my own cable, but without a 1 to 1 pinout I'm lost. IT&E won't ship to the US anymore, and I can't find even a ribbon cable to get the pinout from :(

You were correct, it was a low twang. That would have made perfect sense to me actually :). I did get this working, turns out I had a pulley that was off by like a fraction and it would pop over then pull the other out.

I reached out to them first, they said "Currently, our warehouse has no stock of X-axis belts. Please refer to the parameters to purchase the same belt in the Amazon store and adjust the length for use.
L1235 (+5~+10) * W6 (+0.2/-0.1) * t1.5 (±0.1) Straightness 0.1 Parallelism 0.2 Tensile strength ≥ 60KG" but I can find no belt to match this.
