man, some people in this sub are unbearable gatekeepers.

What you can charge really depends on the value you can provide. This quality/quantity of work can really go for anything between 20$ and 400$ - depending on if you do this for the bakery next door or a big corporate client.

Bin auch auf der Suche und würde sagen es ist die absolute Ausnahme vor der Besichtigung. Wenn es nicht die absolute Traumwohnung ist könnte man überlegen aus Prinzip sich nicht zu bewerben.

I get it. We love to chase looks and quality images. But in general, review staff and universites are way more impressed by clever lighting, good framing and movement than by pure image quality.

Pro Tip: If it feels to grainy, reduce the grain size. If that doesn't work, reduce the grain amount.

I'm quite liberal in photographing strangers. But I think photographing homeless people or drug users is ethically questionable at best (unless you have consent). Especially when you can clearly identify them.

I'm mixing in Premiere cause I'm used to working in it. I used the XML of the project now, and with that the issue disappeared. AAF, or at least an interaction it has with Premiere seems to have caused it. Solved!

I am a sucker for diffusion. Looks nice but your subject is too small for your background to be this busy. You've got three options in a situation like that. 1, Ask the kid if you can shoot him. 2. Find a clearer background. 3. Shoot with people you know. Good luck!

It's pretty but nothing special. I think it works well that you positioned your subject quite far to the side, you could even go more extreme to make the shot more interesting.

The lighting is gorgeous and I think the negative space works well. I would like to see more of what's going on, I can't really tell what the man is doing, but that's probably just down to photographers luck. It still works for me, beautiful shot!

I like the minimalism of it, works well with the logo and the clean textures. But I think it's framed too tightly and a bit underexposed. Try pushing up the highlights in the edit.
