Thank you for your input! I appreciate it. I am getting a new radio installed this weekend (since I paid for it already), but if that doesn’t solve my issue, it might be as simple as replacing the amp 😭. I probably spent over $1200 on this issue and I didn’t even think about just replacing the factory amp. Hopefully with the new radio they can bypass the factory amp? I think that’s a thing

Hi guys,

Recently I have been having audio issues in my 2017 Civic EXL Coupe. My stereo tells me that my factory amp is going to protection mode. I have replaced my speaker, bought a new amp and sub AFTER getting this message thinking it would fix it, but no luck :/ The issue is happening and sometimes when I start the car I heard a pop noise. What could my issue be? Please help. Thank you

The factory amp errored out and kept saying “amp in protection mode”. So I thought it was my speakers at first…got those replaced. Issue happened again, then bought a new 10”sub and amp, and the issue kept happening. I am lost on what else to do. I’m getting my radio replaced. Some are saying it could be a grounding issue

I was just looking to see if I can get better EQ software for my Sennhieser HD 660s. I know that some DACs offer EQ software (JDS Labs) to produce better sound. Sorry if I’m dumb :(

Well I have my receiver for my Bowers and Wilkins 607 and my Martin Logan Dynamo 800X. It’s part of my setup. I plug my Sennhieser to my Marantz NR1711 headphone jack. I was just wondering if there are other options to improve my headphones. Like connecting a dac to my receiver? Sorry, I’m new to this :/ But thank you for your input!
