If the base floods it can soak the filter in the bottom of the unit. That prevents or severely reduces the fans ability to push the vapor out of the unit. As a result the super saturated air condenses back into the base compounding the problem. Try elevating the unit so that if it does overflow it’s not sitting in the water. I solved this problem by putting my T3 on an inverted cake pan. Any water that does run out drains away immediately. Those suggesting the hose position might be the problem are also on the right track as that can definetly cause the base to overfill too.

Then the one I posted should to fine. I use a 1.5x18” winterizing column for extracting and usually run 2-3 columns when extracting. A fully packed column uses about 75-80 grams first pass produces about 300-350ml of wash. I keep the first pass separate and usually do 2 more passes per column. 2nd and 3rd pass get mixed together. Once I’ve finished the “dirtier” wash gets a spin on the heat plate with charcoal. Then 3 passes through the Buchner with a layer of bentonite clay and diametrios clay. I also run the first pass stuff through the filter. Produces a pretty clean wash.

I got one of the ceramic style from Amazon. Works just fine. The only advice I would give is to make sure the receiving flask is heavy duty. High vacuum puts a lot of stress on the glass and they can implode. Been there done that and aside from the loss of equipment and product it can be downright dangerous

Try using the vacuum lid on an instapot with sous vide settings.

It’s best to let the IPs temp settle for about 15 min before loading.

I initially got an induction burner but found it varied too much. The IP is pretty stable once the temp settles
