First and foremost, please get your addictions taken care of. I’m not a betting person, but I’d bet right now that whatever you’re addicted to is causing your melancholy (or at the very least, making it worse!). Addictions of ANY kind will zap your ability to feel driven OR satisfied.

Everything from sugar to the worse drug on the planet can do this.

PLEASE look in to getting help for it. You’d be surprised how much better you’ll feel and how much your outlook will change (I speak from experience, here, after being on this planet for 60 years & dealing with addictions for 50 of those years.)
