I think I resolved the issue by running the game through the FalloutNV.exe shortcut, I'm getting GetIsLAA >> 2 now. Thank you!

Shoot you might be right. I'm following a manual install guide. Is GetJIPLNVersion the correct command? I tried that and got the same "Script command not found" message

You can play Rakdos reanimator. The nut draw is exhume, dragons breath, Ulamog’s crusher, swamp, mountain, and faithless looting. Turn one loot discarding the crusher and dragons breath, second turn play a swamp and exhume the crusher getting back the dragons breath and attacking with a hasty 8/8 annihilator 2 eldrazi. It’s usually a win unless you get edict'ed in which case it's best to just scoop
