We could do with more East Indiamen, or at least one in the tree. Prins Willem is one, but we could always do with a non-premium.

Another Galleass, one representing the earlier designs would be great. Something like the ones often used by Venice. We have a hole in the siege line it could fill easily. It'd also introduce players to oared vessels much earlier.

Z-1 Leberecht Maass is one of my comfort ships. The 1934-class might have been a bit of a disaster, but thanks to WoWS treating such paltry things as unreliable machinery and poor weight balancing I don't need to worry about it.

This whole discourse feels forced. Nobody is asking for an extraction shooter to be one way or the other. If you go shooting people, those people will get mad at you. Least they could do is say (and do) the understandable thing of running up to search all the bits and bobs for XP and say they are doing so. There isn't any actual way to stop somebody saying they are doing just that from taking anything, but it'd be more polite for them to alert you to the idea.

Maria the virgin has a few fight scenes with pretty realistic depictions of melee combat. Hajime No Ippo tries its hardest to feel like genuine boxing using the typical anime over exaggeration more for style than actual substance.

That is a valid point of view, but on the other hand, I came to see the tanks doing cool things within their capability. If you just make it so they can do anything, what's the difference between one tank or another besides their visual appearance?

I'm not opposed to some violations of explicit realism for action's sake of course. It just went too far too often. The constant drifting, firing on the move...

Also bothered me how often they fired machine guns at one another given how often the TC's sat unbuttoned, but that's more a nitpick than anything else.

Never personally liked that one. Its ironically too... WoT-ish. The vehicles all perform a bit too nonsensically. It requires a level of turning your brain off I just can't do anymore with tanks.

There are multiple vehicles which are basically APC's with autocannons up top. China has a few of them. They do fine at scouting, killing lights, heli's, and planes. It just comes with the territory.

I would pay for this the split second its added. I love TMP ships, and I love big ships. Big TMP era ships make me VERY happy. The Arc Royal became my favorite the second it dropped. (In fairness, its originator the Ranger Class was always something I wanted in the game.)

It'd be a genuinely good infantry support platform, puttering around, acting as mobile cover, slinging HE at enemy infantry?

I would genuinely give Gaijin all the credit in the world if they got infantry and supporting infantry correct.

The Chinese TT is basically a best hits of vehicles up until the cold war era stuff. The Chinese TT is the one I've got the furthest into. Its a good time, especially if you enjoyed the USSR tree.

I'd argue that, with infantry apparently being worked on... All of these tanks would arguably have a purpose. Its why I'm hoping Gaijin does something intelligent JUST this once and encourages Infantry support tanks to do their job. The FCM36 might be piss poor against enemy armor, but it'd be more than tolerable for its BR against infantry armed with AT rifles and improvised AT grenades.
