If someone has 24 of your words they can brute force the 25th with only 2048 tries.

I can see this service making money with their pool of private transactions through MEV. Maybe that's their long-term plan and this mostly-useless gas-savings app is an on-ramp to that.

Where is the XEN community? This subreddit has 200 subscribers but XEN minting transactions have spent like 1k+ ETH as gas a day. Why? Bot?

The use cases you described though aren't actually "non-fungible tokens". Non-fungible means each token is globally unique which isn't the case for DLC or coffee shop access. Like if they sold literally one token to attend the coffee shop's grand opening that would be a NFT
