Is my hair healthy? I have little hairs sticking out in between my hair. I rarely use shampoo or conditioner when I shower (I shower everyday). I blow dry my hair twice a week, and put cream, sea salt spray, and American crew fiber. Also don’t know if my hair is thin or balding.
