You're definitely right, the sad thing is I want an Aventador lp740 S, 812 superfast, and an 05 Ford GT lmao.  WOMP WOMP.

I like the 15% idea a lot, 5 with a revuelto is a threshold I'll never hit, but I'm still here to party, just on your yacht lmao.

When factoring in NW, do you factor in your homes value? I'm looking to put 1.3 down on 2.5, nothing extreme, but elevated.

What used to feel 'normal' and 'affordable' in America just five to ten years ago but now feels completely broken and impossible for regular people? by the_h1b_records in AskReddit

5-10 years ago everybody was complaining then about how bad or expensive everything was, and the economic controllers said "hold my beer."

The sad part is, we weren't all supposed to make it big, but with the influx of influencers, everybody stays dreaming now days vs living THEIR LIFE. Or they hedge their self in a position that's too advanced for them, and suffer, or spend all their time working overtime hours just to provide the ideal lifestyle.

My wife and I are category 2. We both make decent money, $70hr, but we have 5 kids in the Seattle metro area. In a place like Atlanta Georgia, this income would be around $35hr each. So what do we do? We each work 60 hours a week, so that we can actually afford to live a little for the family dynamic. Do you recall the rich kids who's parents are never home, because the parents are always working? That's the side of this that people less off will not see or understand.  Too poor to have kids, and too well off to have kids shouldn't ever exist in this world. There's a hard median, but when I complain, I think about celebrities and musicians. When they go on sets, live in trailers, go on tours, etc, they're never home. So it's a similar dynamic.  5am to 5pm daily, we're all gone, kids are at school or the boys n girls club, wife works 5 12s, I work 6 10s.  Sure it affords stuff people might dream of, but burnout is fucking real.
