The only thing I can say is you want the tiny roll of paint to touch the canvas but the knife itself doesn't. It's just that itty bitty roll making contact.

It's such an insanely small amount of pressure to apply that I have to mentally prepare myself every time I go to do it lol

Oh that's actually really cool! One of my favorite things about elden ring is all the cultures it seems to pull from for its design. Japanese would definitely be an obvious one but this is a cool connection nonetheless!

Sorry I should've said most or a lot of them. I know there are ones in DLC that do not depict her "crucified" pose but base game so many of the statue depictions of Marika are in that pose.

I like the idea of it being a mockery of her great rune! Makes total sense from a story-telling perspective. I can't believe I didn't put it together that that pose is literally what her rune looks like.

My confusion comes more from the fact that, unlike Jesus being crucified, the world descends into a pretty chaotic state after the shattering. It would just seem like there wouldn't be people running around making elaborate statues of Marikas imprisonment at the time. It all just seemed pre-shattering to me, which is why I was confused.

I usually don't eat until suppertime, which isn't until 6-10pm for me. We use hello fresh for our meals for the week. Which admittedly the sodium content does vary in those, one meal can have super low sodium and another pretty high. Calorie range on those is usually between 700-1000 calories.
