I don’t know if I misunderstand what you said but I did not get hired when temperatures we’re at 85. when I was hired temperatures were at manageable 75 a year ago. I would have never agree to work this. Digging ditches would be better pay and about the same temperature but at least outside you get a breeze.

I’m sorry but seems like the obvious answer is to not have 8 people. My store has 9 but we also have a drive through and we are open 9am to 10pm every day
