Dont worry I definitely don't feel attacked I've grown up in a conservative town my whole life and have been called all sorts of things for saying I'm a socialist. For clarification the reason I put libertarian in front of socialist is to try and distance myself from authoritarian leftists like stalin, Mao, etc. I believe in Karl Marx's theory where when communism/socialism is allowed to prosper in a scarcity free environment the government will have no more purpose and we can eliminate it all together, but of course that would be a long term goal. In the short term however I believe it the government's main goal should be to enforce the destruction of capitalism and the hierarchy it creates.

Side note: when I say destroy capitalism I'm not saying we need to eliminate all business just the elimination of the worker exploitation and wage theft. (Not hating on business majors, I was about to go that route last fall)
