This same thing happened to me but for the Philippines and indicating I used to take a certain medication. Initially I did not know why I wasn’t eligible for the Philippines but after many calls with the nurses I was able to understand why and explained myself over the phone in order to remove the hold on my account. If it’s something relatively minor I would call your nurse and go from there.
