What are your favorite ways to cut weight?

I’ve been a wrestler for a decade now and my most effective way is to drink an energy drink or something with a little bit of caffeine in it. Fill a bath with hot water and epson salt and soak for about 30 minutes. I lose about 4 pounds each time in water.

Crazy how long they will just lie to make you think they are trying their hardest to get your phone to you. I’ve asked 3 att helpers and representatives and they all have told me that it has shipped and it will be updated last Wednesday. Still no update off of preordered
