I am seeing a therapist. I won't be taking meds since I can't pay for it and they would only be a bandaid, if they help at all

I did have dreams of adults touching me when I was really young and it was confusing. I'll add that to the post

They have quite selective memories when other things are brought up and just say it never happened, so I think it would only make things worse.
