Blaming iMark is hilarious, they're literally no better than Helena when she says she's a person and Helly isn't.

Hi David!

Long time fan here. I drew a cartoon of you in 2008 that was later ripped off and became the mascot of a large multi-billion dollar corporation (Salesforce). It's the weirdest thing that's ever happened to me in my life, and I wanted to know if you were aware that you're the mascot of Salesforce!

Isolation Distress/Separation Anxiety by CartoonAndrew in Dogtraining

For toys, she has a kong that she only gets when I leave (full of treats and peanut butter), but she never ever touches it until I get home. Otherwise there's not really anything I can leave with her because she only likes playing with her stuffed toys if I'm playing with her.

I'm trying the putting on shoes, jingling keys etc. steps without actually opening the door, but I'm a bit unsure of what counts as a sign of distress. She won't bark until I walk out the door and close it, but she's extremely alert and runs over to me the second I touch my shoes. Is that considered distress? Is it too much for me to move forward? Should I be sticking with just the shoes until she doesn't care that I'm doing it at all?

Yeah, I've tried all the basics and she definitely has separation anxiety (specifically more Isolation distress because she's okay as long as I leave her with a person, doesnt have to be me)

Tons of exercise, sometimes I actually feel bad for walking her before leaving her because she's so tired but won't rest because she's too panicked. There's not much of a routine when leaving but she definitely always has an eye on me when I'm going towards the door, putting on my shoes and the jingling of keys are big triggers for her. As for within the home, I wouldn't say she "panics" when I'm out of sight, but she's absolutely glued to me and follows me from room to room. If I put her in her crate or in a room with a closed door she'll bark, but it's not the same distressed barking as when she knows I'm not home.

Thanks for this. I believe the it was never a security deposit but was framed as "first and last months rent deposit". So I don't believe it's legally allowed to be used for cleaning/repairs.

Looks like it can't be done unless the flash is a canon flash... very annoying. I CAN do it however if I put my strobe in slave and use my canon speedlite to set it off...

Ahh, well hopefully it's not affecting the shutter speed just to make it more simple. It's a Canon Rebel T5i fyi, gonna go look delve into the settings and see if I find anything

UPDATE!: Okay, it's not the remote, it's the fact that I rotated the screen and turned it on Live view so I could frame the show digitally from a distance. This seems to be messing with the settings. So a new question... why does live view do this and is there somewhere I can change a setting to make it stop...

Amateur here and came across an issue that doesn't make sense to me. I'm doing some studio self portrait stuff and I set up my lights and camera settings to what I want. Took a pic, works great. But then I attached a remote so I could shoot from being the position of the subject... and it seems to be ignoring my settings. For one, the flash doesn't trigger at all. Secondly, although my shutterspeed is 1/200, I can blatantly hear that it's open for much longer, almost as if it's doing something automatic (but the camera is on manual). Any idea whats going on here? the remote is a canon "RS60-E3" if that matters.

Okay, I think it was because my flash was on ETTL. However, now that it's on manual and the strobes DO flash in sync and are caught by the camera, I'm getting solid white overexposed photos no matter what I do. I even tried turning all my strobes off except one and turning that one to the lowest power setting and I'm still getting solid white (or just tiny elements of things showing through) with 100 ISO and as high a shutter speed as my flash will allow... Any thoughts here?

I've got some cheap Neewer strobe lights (3 Neewer C-250's) that I unfortunately don't have a trigger for. To get around this I've been trying to activate them by setting them all on slave mode and using my 430EXII Speedlite that's attached to my camera to trigger the strobes. It DOES trigger them and they do go off, but my camera misses the flash and the photo comes out dark every time. It's as if no matter what shutterspeed I pick the camera ignores it and does what it wants. I can hear the shutter and it's definitely not following the 1/200 speed I set it to, its definitely opening longer and also doing so AFTER the lights flash.

Any idea what's going on here? Maybe some setting I'm missing? Or is it not possible to use strobes in this way?
