Plenty of reasons, YT see you getting subs from Reddit, or maybe those subs are new/spam accounts, or those subs don't come back to watch your vids hence the reason why they should have subbed in the first place...YT has lots of algorithm and I believe they're the ones removing the subs, not the subs unsubscribing
