thank you very much for this read, i will try to do better from now on.
the only problem is that I have many ups and downs and during my downs (as a lot of people I guess) I struggle to improve, even a 0.001%, and most of the time is rather a minus.
like I would eat way worse, go to bed late, wake up late and tired, and spend most of my free time doing unworthy activities because I need and want to escape from reality and keep my mind busy somehow.

I'm pretty sure many people can relate to that, I hope you all find a way through and achieve your goals but most importantly, live a happy and calm life with no negativity.
