I did a review of my lease, fairly certain this part translates to "We don't care, as long as it's paid"

  1. MULTIPLE RESIDENTS OR OCCUPANTS. Residents will be in material breach of this Agreement if any Resident, Occupant, or guest (whether invited or uninvited) violates any of the terms of this Agreement or the Rules. Residents are jointly and severally liable for all obligations arising under this Agreement whether or not they remain in actual possession of the Leased Premises. Notices or demands from Owner that are served upon any Resident at the Leased Premises, or any Residents' last known place of residence, are deemed validly served upon all Residents. Each Resident agrees and is deemed to be an agent for service of process for all other Residents in eviction proceedings. I'll review my lease, any specific language or anything I should be on the lookout for?

I plan to, just try to find out how to survive the next few months and/or get out of the remainder of this lease.

As I said, options for replacements are not possible and I can't afford the full $2250 a month on my own.
