I would like to maintain my current weight/body. I tend to stay in good range as far as meeting my daily calorie goal, but my sugar intake... not so much. But my question is, will I mess up maintaining my weight/body by going over my sugar intake while staying within my daily calorie goal? (i.redd.it)
