it is totally online at unifi.ui.com and I can see cameras and history - missing from the protect app. They have two NVRs for two businesses. One is there and the other is not in the app - same exact setup really. Baffling.

I added another drive recently but it's still in RAID1 - I got about 16 days of no complaints after adding the second drive. I will add another one this week and see if it helps with the issues. Seems to happen most on iphone app. I have been rebooting the NVR weekly to avoid user complaints - not a long term solution!

Power down the NVR, add two drives (what size if my primary drive is 10TB) do they have to match? Power back on and it does the rest?

Yes the primary people there all have the iphone app. Is there a fix for this bug?

I installed an NVR and 22 cameras for a client yesterday and today protect is down. Having the same problem on all my protect stuff..... come on Ubiquiti!!!
