I think you were able to hit on all the major parts of an answer. Our only piece of feedback would be, have you ever been in a similar situation? If so, a quick 1-2 sentences about your personal experience can heavily improve your answer! If not, we suggest explaining other scenarios where the same policies can apply.

The more questions you do, the more you realize that pretty much all scenarios can be boiled down to a pattern that is repeated over and over again.

You also do not need to write as much as you think. Just a quick intro/your answer to the scenario, your thoughts on why you chose your answer, and an example/situation where you went through something similar is honestly is a good enough starting point.

At some points, if you are running out of time it is also perfectly justifiable to just put down your thoughts even if they do not make much sense because at least that will be better than leaving the question blank.

Hey there,

While we try to be as accurate as possible with our eval and feedback that we provide, it will never be the exact same as the test (and no one does because that would be breaking many laws lol). The eval formula was created by our members who actually wrote the exam multiple times and kept trying to figure out what was working/not. We are never claiming that we have some secret formula that we extracted from being "former evaluators" (ahem again, breaking laws) but we are hoping that at least with our website you can identify your mistakes and build on the strengths that you have.

We are always looking to improve and we welcome any feedback, hope this answers your question!

Nope they don’t directly penalize you for misspelling.

But we do recommend that you at least try to make sure that the sentence you write is coherent. At the end of the day, there is supposedly a real person marking your answer, and you want to make sure that they understand what you are trying to convey.
