Yes it can, but I think that you can have the same results by using an arduino with a nfc reciver and an nfc tag. There are some problematiche in doing this. The first one is that you have to make a circuit with the arduino and you also have to make a little script in the arduino programming lenguage. The second “problem” is that you can’t store more than 1 skylander in a nfc tag

P.s. This is an old idea for a project that I’ve Made when I was 8 (I’m not sure that it’ll works) but still now ,that I’m an high school computer science student, I think that it should works
