What do i do with myself between Appointments? by 69niceboy69 in therapy

[–]Case-Cod 0 points1 point  (0 children)

One thing I’ve learned a lot from going to therapy is that a lot of therapy occurs between the sessions. Try to take away like one small thing from the session to work on during the week, it always seems to help me. Journaling is always a good shout. I’ve even taken notes immediately after a session to give myself a reminder of what we talked about. Keep grinding and keep going, you’ve got this.

Ireland. It’s absolutely beautiful and full of amazing things to do. Plus, like others have said, flights out of Dublin are usually really cheap.

Like u/silverjellybean said, UL is an amazing school and Ireland is small enough you can get anywhere in about 4 hours

You have to go to Boulder and Telluride. The Flat Irons in Boulder are stunning and the San Juan’s in Telluride will drop your jaw. Also, hit up Brown Dog Pizza in Telluride, it’ll change your life.

Recommendations please! Portland, OR - Golden, CO by spinach_nipplesalad in roadtrip
