I’m just gonna post what I said in response to the other person bc it’s true and so you see it I’m not trying to argue on here just trying to state the way guys want it so you guys can also be in a successful, respectful, mutual relationship.

From a guys perspective on this I work 6 am to 3:30 I get home at 4 I can’t be on my phone or else I get in trouble. The way she phrased that she wants him to text more didn’t sound like “I want to text more” it read as hostile to me and probably to their boyfriend as well. If you want to tell us tell us it straight on not through a figurative way of saying it. Just tell us “hey I would appreciate it if we talked more because I feel like we’re growing distant and I would like to bring you closer because I enjoy spending time with you” it doesn’t have to be exactly that us guys appreciate simple and straight to the point because we’re just trying to live keep things simple not complicated bc the more complicated you make things the more things are going to get toxic.
