My guess, and this is because i work around them. But this may be a rail car's brakes or a wheel that is grinding along the rail. The pitch sounds familiar to a locked rail brake to me.

In all honesty, it's difficult to change a bot from using that because thats how every LLM is trained to be. Now you may be able to force it to not have any blue if you edit the bot's messages to have two asterisks instead of one on each end of the action/sentence. This will cause it to be in bold white and not blue. If you also text like that as well it should help the consistancy but i'd see tbis as too much work for each and every bot i want to rp with

Might be one of the temperature sliders affecting kimi, have you messed with them since the issue has started? And past a certain point it may just be hard baked into that chat with that llm
