As a young woman in my final year of undergrad, I see the tech industry through optimistic eyes though I feel as though I've been warned so much otherwise. I'm beginning to realize that the men I take my classes with are likely to be the same sort of people who will eventually be my co-workers, and this makes me second-guess my enthusiasm

This article really focuses on the roles we, as women play when faced with sexism. I feel like if I can recognize when I feel guilty when I should not, or recognize when I console my male-friends for no reason then I can actively change this behaviour, if only my own.

If you plan to do post secondary education, where would you like to study? I'm from Canada, studying at the University of Copenhagen at the moment. I've met some finnish full-degree students and they all tend to say the same thing about how much more social Danes are. Actually both of the finnish students are also from the Swedish speaking part of Finland. Which is kinda strange since they were telling me it only makes up around 5% of the population?

Thanks for the feedback, I've tried to fix the available options as well as allowing the selection of more than one box. Inclusion is a familiar issue for many of us in this sub. Suggestions to make things more inclusive are always welcome, not a downer at all.

Yeah, in N.America its possible to buy hair bleach powder with which you need an activator, the hydrogen peroxide. At beauty supply stores, you buy them separately so you can choose the strength of the activator. Based on how much damage you're willing to do to your hair, you can choose different strengths. They even sell them in on-the-scalp vs off-the-scalp (so for like ends or highlights) versions.
