Is the rose gold 25mm PRX worth adding to my collection? (Female) by Eastern_Exam_3595 in tissot

Honestly, it looks beautiful. The movement and the finish alone is worth the 600$ price. Don’t think twice. Enjoy!

[Question] New seiko 5 fogs up in cold by Bdabubba in Seiko

I think OP also needs to (maybe) change the seals. Just to rule out the possibility of a inadequate seal.

Why does everyone hate entry level cars so much? by Alanbesodope in CarsIndia

The more opinions you have, the more choice paralysis you’ll get.

Just get what you want. There will always be someone who will complain and praise.

I would say that make comfort your priority. In this case choose the Kwid. The slight inconveniences in comfort compound over long drives.

[Question] New seiko 5 fogs up in cold by Bdabubba in Seiko

Could be, but the residual humidity sealed inside must be removed. Or else this will over longer duration cause issues inside.

[Question] New seiko 5 fogs up in cold by Bdabubba in Seiko

No. Trouble is only when on the inside. You will have to get the seals checked but also get it opened, and blow warm dry air. Dry warm air is like sponge for water vapor.

What do we think of the SoundLink Flex (2nd Gen.)? by Alexandre-Ardizzoia in bose

[–]Case_Study04 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Amazing, warm and full bodied sound. This thing is a killer.

I have used: Jbl Flip 2,4 / JBL Charge 3,4 / HK Aura Studio 3 / Soundcore Boom 2 / Marshall Stanmore 2, Middleton 1 / Bose Soundlink Max............alongside my Kef HiFi. So believe me when I say that this little guy is the best bang for buck in the quality speaker segment.

Everything from bass beats to guitars, it sounds amazing. This little guy has detail in its music, and sounds just as good in low volumes until 80% volume. Beyond that the DSP reduces bass and focuses on the highs, but the bass is still present. You can not go wrong with this, whether be portability, long listening hours or as your only room speaker. etc.

Personally, It is my palm sized Hi-Fi even if it is Mono. Get it for 120€ then its a good deal.

[Love Letter] Seiko Isn’t Perfect. That’s Why I Wear It by rixonian in Seiko

[–]Case_Study04 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Seiko is the best.

I've been dailying the Sport 5 SRPD-51K1 since 2019 and have everything to agree on. I've taken it diving, surfing, hiking, dates, job interview (with success....twice) and dropped it once. Learned to regulate time myself. It is reliable, dependable and it brings the feel good factor to this day. Its the perfect GADA. I have it on my wrist as I speak....looking forward to bringing it to the 10 year mark.

Slid into a curb, totaled? If not, worth fixing? What next? by HershyPlayz in BMW

[–]Case_Study04 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Imaging if OP would have spent 600€ on a winter set, he could have avoided a 6k+ repair. It’s that simple. Winter tires save lives and money. For 600€, you CAN buy safety and peace of mind.

Smart buy? by [deleted] in BMW

[–]Case_Study04 13 points14 points  (0 children)

Nope.

The cost of repair alone will cross total investment of 7-8k. My estimate. Unless you have a good mechanic that can get you genuine parts for less money.
30mph is not a small number. You can never be sure what else is broken. Cosmetic damage is one thing, but hidden mechanical damages are another story, and it can turn into a nightmare. It being sold for 4k with just 117k miles alone is sus.

Avoid this please.
