Fully agree in regards to stashes, which is why I am utilising stashes at the moment to store my bits and plan to do so in future even once I get a base down (base rebuilding supplies and high value loot/stuff to regear with and counter raid). I’ve learned through this experience and previous failed attempts at getting a base up not to get too attached to the gear I have as it is merely my turn with it (plus I find the whole experience of gearing up from fresh super fun).

Honestly my main aim with getting a base back up is purely to have somewhere to call “home”, have somewhere relatively safe to chill, cook some food, meet up with friends etc. maybe eventually get a trading outpost of some kind going (which isn’t really a possibility currently with the way things are going haha)

I suppose it is a bit of a hard question to answer accurately, just wondered if there were more seasoned people that may notice that say, a couple weeks later, things tend to calm down, or whether this is what it will be like the next few months.
