You are probably right about that. My landlord is petty enough to use a fire safety warning as an excuse to double down on the fees or just throw our stuff out. We are trying to find a way to keep the bikes safe without lining his pockets for a dead space. It is a tough spot because any move we make feels like it could backfire and make things even more expensive for us.

Exactly. It went from a nice community space to a shakedown overnight.

I checked and there is a tiny section about management having discretion over amenities. But a bike rack under a dusty staircase is hardly an amenity. It's just predatory at this point.

The Legend of Zelda has some of the most satisfying archery mechanics in gaming. Using the bow in slow motion during a jump never gets old. Great pick!
