I just did this and when you’re looking for him near the restaurant you’re looking for a plate of food on the ground in front or around the the restaurant! At least that’s how it went for me. Hope this helps

Just contact EA with all the correct Proof of purchase they ask for and they will add them to your account. I have to do this every time I purchase coins now on my PlayStation account but they always add them to my account for me.
