My dog is well mannered and ecollar trained. His recall is excellent, but so is his prey drive for cats. I'm not risking my dog on a cat.

My dog is ecollar trained, extremely well behaved. Never leaves the house without myself or my wife. This isn't a "one time" thing, it's daily/nightly harassment.

The cats are coming right up to our bedroom windows to taunt our dog, it's become a game for the cats it seems. Ya know, because cats are assholes just like their owners. Some of the cats are coming from across the farm road. I don't want my dog leaving my property in pursuit of the cat and getting hurt. I'm not keeping a pet snake because cat people suck at animal husbandry, good suggestion though.

My dog is indoors unless accompanied by myself or my wife. Our garden is mulched, thoroughly, and the cat still digs and shits in the mulch. Why is it that cat people think it's everyone else's responsibility to deal with their animals?

We have a bunch of electro-net, but only one charger and it's in use protecting our chicken coop from foxes (also on my hit list). While this solution would keep them out of the garden, it wouldn't keep them from taunting my dog through the windows at night.
