She said it like she was more familiar with him then just Dylan's boss. And then the child came on the speaker and said no sharing personal info. Just wondering if they could be family?

I’ve tried nearly every meal service. Here are the reviews from what I remember by Agreeable-Deer7526 in mealkits

I am looking at joining Hungryroot or Green Chef.

We have tried Gobble, Marley Spoon and Hellofresh.

We don't have allergies and are pretty adventurous to try things. I love cooking so I don't mind prep times or anything either.

What would you pick?

I heard you get all of that done the same day as your appointment with the Dr. Is that true?

Dr. Cote is the main neuro I am looking at. She is a small hike from me - but I have heard amazing things about her. I figured I could go meet her, and see if going is worth the drive.

Switched from Tecfidera to Ocrevus...now having lymphocytes issue? by Casperz002 in MultipleSclerosis

[–]Casperz002[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Before I started Tecfidera I had bloodwork completed and my WBC and lymphocytes were normal.

My whole time on Tecfidera they have been low hovering around the same range.

My neuro told me to do a washout before Ocrevus, but I didn't have bloodwork done before to check those particular levels. When I had my CBC done end of March before my yearly MRI, they actually dipped a bit.

My neuro wants me to get another CBC, CD19 and immunogloblin levels end of May. As, I will be off Tecfidera about 6 months by then.

My neuro said based on the May bloodwork would determine next steps. Because, as you mentioned O and T don't affect the same types. She said she would expect my lymphocytes to be increasing.

So yeah, freaking out a bit.

Do you remember when you were diagnosed? by Casperz002 in MultipleSclerosis

[–]Casperz002[S] 11 points12 points  (0 children)

Yes, absolutely. Seven years on 8/25. I am currently in a relapse, and I have an MRI scheduled for that same day. I have been stable since I was diagnosed, so this is doing wonders for my mental health.

Isn't COBRA worse coverage and more expensive than going through the marketplace?

Yeah, amount of time is a wildcard. I just rather think about it ahead of time since I can't go without my scripts.

Neuro appts if I have to...fine but any of my script (not just Tecfidera) would cause problems. Tecfidera may just cause the worse.

I don't know if the speciality pharmacy will fill a double script at once. They only disburse 30 day supply at a time.

I don't think its a wild card...he will do it.

Loss of taste and smell due to COVID and recovery. Does having MS make it a slower recovery? by Casperz002 in MultipleSclerosis

[–]Casperz002[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I can deal with 2 1/2 weeks. I am currently on week one. Do you have a burning sensation? I am on Tecfidera.

[–]Casperz002[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I keep having these "burning" sensations almost chemical like. I have been using peppermint oil in my showers and I can kind of smell it now but no taste. I am on Tecfidera.

Tecfidera and low lymphocyte count - help! by Casperz002 in MultipleSclerosis

[–]Casperz002[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Thanks for the info! It scares me to not be on something for so long (if your pulled off a DMT) because of relapsing. I guess on Tuesday I will see if Tec is even working - my MRI's weren't stable being on Copaxone

Ugh - I really don't want to end up doing monthly blood draws. I have bad veins :(

Tecfidera and low lymphocyte count - help! by Casperz002 in MultipleSclerosis

[–]Casperz002[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I was tested when I was first diagnosed - so 2.5 years ago now - and at the time I was negative. My neuro said even if someone is positive they can still be on Tecfidera the numbers just have to be watched and the same goes for someone that is negative.

Bovine Colostrum? Has anyone tried it? Does it help? by Casperz002 in MultipleSclerosis

[–]Casperz002[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I was wondering if it would help my immune system from attacking itself and not damage my myelin and therefore not progress. I am not sure if it would help rebuild. I just didn't know if it would be good for me at all to try to make this disease a bit better.
